The Biodanza system is based on a unique combination of movement, vitality, creativity and relaxation in order to immerse yourself in the joy of life.

You can expect rhythmic-dynamic, but also calm exercises for dancing, relaxing and feeling good alone, zu2. or in a group. The matching pieces of music will enhance your experience in the Vivencia (joint session).

Biodanza promotes the inner qualities of being able to get involved with something or someone, but also the strength to be able to set boundaries without hurting other people.

How far do I want or can I get involved with a situation or people?

Where do I want to take a further step or how can I differentiate myself in a considerate way? What does this clarity feel like in both possibilities?

There are no predetermined movement patterns or forms of behavior at Biodanza. No previous knowledge is required and therefore anyone can take part

Regardless of whether you are a “non-dancer” or a “dancer”, you can really approach your life with feelings and emotions in Biodanza.
