Since birth, we are consciously and unconsciously in constant external and internal contact with ourselves and others. So the deepening mutual contact is the focus of this day together.

Before we enter into mutual contact, we promote personal enjoyment and self-awareness. Afterwards we meet the other participants authentically and selflessly. The focus is on the joy of sharing and enjoying the unintentional touch. Exercises alone, to 2. and in the group, with music semantically coordinated with the exercises, support us in this. Love for ourselves and others enables us to have unconditional, enjoyable mutual touch inside and out.
