Agreement for Sensual Bodyflow & Biodanza Reservation, payment & cancellation conditions Valid for Sensual Bodyflow & Biodanza evenings and day events.

 

The respective agreements apply to our weekends. ​ We are very pleased that you are interested in our offer! We are already a wonderful group of people with a lot of sensitivity and openness to life, who meet intentionally and without expectations to discuss selected touching topics about sensual or sensual talks. Since there is great interest in these offers, we would like to have a clear process for good organization and to protect the group, which we would like to explain to you. ​ The number of places is limited. This is good for the quality and flow of our time together. We reserve the right to hold seminars on two dates if there are too many registrations for the benefit of the participants, - to hold them at a later date if there are too few participants, - to supplement them with a different topic or to cancel them. - If necessary, not to accept registrations without giving reasons. Payments already made will of course be fully refunded. Registration: This can be communicated to us in advance by telephone or verbally as an advance reservation. However, registration is only valid after you have made written notification and reserved your place via signal/message to us or by joining the respective signal group via the fixed registration link. ​ Pay: The seminar fee must be paid in full before the event/seminar begins. Cancellation agreement: If canceled up to 6 days before the start of the seminar, 60% of the seminar fee will be charged. If canceled up to 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the seminar, 80% of the seminar fee will be charged. If you cancel up to 2 days (48 hours) before the start of the seminar, 100% of the seminar fee will be charged. However, it is possible, after consultation with Antonia or Hubertus, to name a qualified replacement person who will then cover the entire seminar fee. You are welcome to share the amount with each other or arrange to share the division. However, the amount must be paid by the participating person before the seminar starts. ​ Solutions not mentioned will be decided exclusively by the seminar leader.
